pushTAN registration letter

To set up the S-pushTAN-App, you need a pushTAN registration letter. In addition, your Sparkasse account must be activated for the pushTAN procedure. If you have not received this letter, please contact your Sparkasse.

Existing online banking account or online banking initial access data

 To use the App Sparkasse, you need an online banking account or initial access data for online banking. To confirm your identity in the S-pushTAN-App, you also need the online banking credentials.

If you want to reset the App Sparkasse on a new device, you will need your login name and PIN for online banking.
